You are a great fit for therapy with me if:
- You want to heal using natural and holistic means
- You don’t want to just mask your symptoms with medication(s)
- You consider yourself spiritual
- You have tried other means of (talk) therapy and want to try something different
- You are open to ways of healing that are different
- You fall into a minority category or have felt like an outsider including but not limited to your race, religion, or sexual orientation
- You have a trauma (or more than just one) that you know has impacted how you operate in life
Who my therapy is not for:
- You want to do it for someone else (i.e., your spouse, partner, family member, friends, etc)
- Someone else is forcing you to come to therapy
- You’re not quite ready to commit – either because your schedule is too busy, or on the readiness scale, you’re only contemplating change
- You want a friend or professional to complain to and aren’t truly ready for change
